How Hypnotherapy and NLP (Neuro-linguistic
programming ) works
When you have an issue
whether it be anxiety, stress or an addiction, you instinctively know
that the problem may not be rational. But what you may not know is that
the problem resides in the subconscious part of your mind which controls
your behaviours and habits, both good and bad.
Advanced Hypnotherapy/ NLP
effectively and rapidly transforms your subconscious mind which controls
our behaviours, moods, habits, addictions and phobias. It safely allows
healthy and positive change to take place at a rate which is comfortable
for you.
How long does the treatment
take?
It can vary from one person
to another. Treatments such as smoking cessation normally take one 90
minute session, but this depends on the case history.
Issues such as anxiety,
phobias, stress and confidence can be effectively dealt with in anywhere
from 3 to 5 sessions, again depending on the case history. After we have
cleared your problem, we may need to introduce new positive skills and
beliefs to your subconscious but this normally can be achieved within
the programme schedule of 3 to 5 sessions.
Why we offer a 3 to 5
session programme
We have found that our
clients enjoy greater and more long lasting success when they commit
to a programme of sessions. This is because although you may see rapid
improvement, like many of our clients ( see testimonials overleaf ),
further sessions are important to build confidence and consolidate the
positive change you will experience. The first session is 90 minutes
long and subsequent sessions are no longer than 75 minutes.
